Hi All!

I have all the documents ready, including IELTS[Overall Band 7.5, each band more than 6.5], police certificates and employment letter. My Noc code is 3237,with 22 months of work experience. Im thinking of getting an Affidavit or arranging school transcripts instead of birth certificate, please suggest with this regard.

The major dilemma :-\ is whether to send the application under CEC or FSW?
FYI: I dont have T4 as I am a salaried professional and pay my own taxes.

Kindly share your experience and suggest the best of what you all think.
I am thinking of applying in a week.

Thanks

Make sure you have ALL evidence required for which ever route you take. From what I see on forum CEC seems to be the smartest choice if you have the experience. Good luck!!

If you don't have a T4 then I don't believe you quality for CEC. You should post this specific question to the CEC section of the forum to confirm.

Thanks for your quick response guys!

I already posted the same thing under CEC forum as well, waiting for the kind replies.
I am still debating whether T4 is mandatory for CEC, so if anyone who had faced the same issue could better help me.

cheers :)

Since I don't have a birth certificate, which document could be replaced for it? or an affidavit would be sufficient in this regard to satisfy immigration officer?

Pls suggest.

It's not the T4 itself that is mandatory. It's that CEC does not accept self-employed people. If you're paying your own taxes and have no T4, this usually means you are classified as self-employed.

Hi Scylla,

thanks for your information, I really appreciate your help.
So its wise and would make sense, to go for FSW as I have more than 67 points and job offer, right?

thanks in advance
