In-Demand Occupation in SINP

Our AOR is from 28th August 2018 under OID stream and nothing happened since then. No medical request or biometric, maybe because the pics on our passports are already bio-metric pics??? No idea... Hope we will hear from them soon.
Am glad we put our 3 year old daughter in kindergarten, she has grown up so much in the last few months and learned many things.

When is your AR, they implemented bio metrics in July 2018...

SINP has two streams , SINP OID and EE , SINP EE requires express entry profile... for OID not required any EE profile and minimum ielts scores ...first u create eoi profile and select which stream u r goin g to apply ....

Thank you for your response. So it means if I want to apply OID I don't need to have Federal Express Entry requirements since my score will be above 800(with PNP if I approve for), is that correct?

As per the link you share, there is no threshold for Occupation in Demand and they should evaluate our applications normally and within the prescribed time i.e. 27 weeks (for Sept- Dec. quarter) for December 2018 applicants. Your date of application is in August and they should have evaluated your application or you should have heard from them now Mine was Dec. 21 and my 27- week time expiring in the end of May.

Any update as if now we r in 25 week.

Nothing new so far...

If you remember the acknowledgement of receipt email said, there won't be any contact only an email from them when it's time for visa. A little more wait is required...

Yeah we hv no choice other then to wait and after that they going to take 2 or more months for police verification and medical. Don't know when they r going to proceed us.How much more time they will take to complete the process atleast express entry people can check exactly what's going on their application but in our case we cannot even do so.

Yep so there is no way around waiting for us.
From what I gather viewing and reading this forum, they are right now sending PPRs for FSW inland/ outland stream. Once they are done with it, our OId stream will open.... hopefully.

My SINP, Occupation-in-demand Application was submitted on 21st December 2018
Current Status shows "In Process" since 21st December- almost 17 weeks have passed (with invoice tab still appearing)
My friend applied 4 days before my application and has already got approval in March 5, 2019 (after 10 weeks of submission with the same NOC). Do you have any idea about approximately when I am going to hear from them??? Is it ok if I contact them inquiring the time they will take for the processing of my application? Thanks for your early reply

Do your friend has relative in Saskatchewan it may be a factor giving him so early

I have a bachelor's degree in Pharmacy and Masters degree in public health. My NOC is 4212 - social and community health worker. I have my ECA from PEBC and WES respectively. Will i be considered for this Noc or i would need a degree in Social work? Thank you.

It is going to take super long for us, justI read that the visa offices in Germany are closed on canadian and german holidays. Both countries have a lot of them, so they will make sure the office is open and not overloaded before sending out PPR...
