I applied for TRV on 31st march and I have a valid study permit till 2019. However, I did not get any response yet. I get these updates in my email, but no status change. Any of you going through same problems.

Not sure I would say you are delayed - certainly not super delayed. You've only been waiting 2 weeks. The processing times posted on the web site are estimates and it's quite possible for processing to take longer.

Dear Friends,
I am in a big confusion. I have applied for PR under Family Sponsorship (Inland SCLP) as my spouse is a Canadian Citizen. When we got married, I was on a visitor visa. I hold my OWP while my application for PR is under process. As I am not from a visa exempt country, I must have a visitor visa if I intend to exit and re-enter Canada. My visitor visa would expire in a few days and hence I must obtain a new visitor visa if I want to exit and re-enter into Canada. Could anybody advise which application should I make?

As per my research, I should be applying for an INLAND TRV whereas my consultant told me that is incorrect and I should apply for APPLICATION TO CHANGE CONDITIONS & EXTEND MY STAY AS A VISITOR. As we all know Application to change conditions has a processing time of 3-4 months on average whereas Inland TRV applications are processed within two weeks. Could anyone advise what is the best way to get a new visitor visa (inland).

I would highly appreciate your responses.
