I'm curious if there are any members who are in this category of Immigration; or were in that category and have been approved.
We filed our In Canada Spousal Sponsorship in October 2011.
File transferred to Local CIC office in February 2014.

These time lengths seem longer that posted at the CIC website.
Also today I was verbally informed by CIC representative from Call Center
"PROCESSING TIMES NO LONGER APPLY ONCE AN APPLICATION IS TRANSFERRED TO A LOCAL OFFICE"

Anyone with similar circumstances, I'm trying to get a time frame...beside indefinite.

Thank you for those who've read,

Thank to any who share their experience.

Yes lots of people have applied Inland. It sounds like you have been waiting a LOT longer than usual. We applied inland in Oct 2012 and have already gotten PR.

I agree!

It looks like CIC has either lost the file, or there is some sort of concern on their part.

Either way, you should contact them ASAP to find out what's happening!

Good grief, that's a ridiculously long time!!!!!!!!

You said your file was transferred to local office in 2014 and you filed originally in 2011? I would have your Canadian spouse conact your MP ASAP and see if they can help figure out what is going on. While true that once a file has been transferred to local office it is out of the normal stream, from 2011 to 2014 to decide it needs to be transferred is a bit much.

Thank you for the suggestion;
I contacted our MP's office
MP's assistant checked it out.
MP's assistant tells me security / background checks are being done.
