Just wondering because I am going to be sending away my husband sponsor papers soon and after I sent them away I want to return to Mexico to be down there with him while the applications are in process how do I go about that?

You call a travel agent and buy a ticket to Mexico...

Seriously, if it's an outland application, there's no restriction in travel.

If you are a Canadian Citizen, there should be no issues. Please keep in mind at some point you may need to prove to the Visa officer that you intend to come back once your husband get his PR.

No need for the stupid replys I meant would I have to wait until the full application is sent in or could i leave as soon as I am approved to sponsor!?

You have to send in a full application and not just the sponsor portion. If you are a citizen you can send in the full application before or after you are in mexico.

Everything that is in the checklist must be sent in as one package to CPP Mississauga (including sponsor and applicant forms, all documentary evidence, proof of relationship, police certificate, medical receipt, receipt for fees etc)

As I said before there is no travel restriction with outland, you can leave before or after, it doesn't matter, you still have to mail it to the same address.

If you're doing inland, it's your spouse, who would be in Canada already, that cannot leave Canada for any reason until a decision is made.
