For the date we became protected person, should we put the issue date of the NOD or the date we attended the hearing? For my pr application I put date of the hearing I guess we should put hearing date right?

Decision date, not hearing date unless if decision was made on the table.

It says claim was heard on october and RPD accepts the claim. So there is 0 day difference between decision date and hearing date.

Decision was made on the table. So my decision date and hearing date is the same. But issue date is a bit later than that.

Issue date of protected person status would be the same as NOD. The date that the NOD letter is created is not the issue date.
