my husband is currently on valid work permit.
I do not know whether his work permit extension would be accepted as he is also waiting for hearing due to misrepresentation about his military service background.
he has to apply for extension within the next few months.
Also, his passport is seized by CBSA. He has to stay in the Canada until hearing.
