Improving the work permit

I need improve my work permit. my work permit has conditions so that is not authorized to work in health service field occupations. I am with 10 years experience working in hospital and I am interested in the Ontario Immigrant nominee program. Can you provide information about the eligibility requirements for personal support worker.

I need a study permit .Are there any no-cost training programs or courses available for job seekers? I do not have any Canadian certifications. Are there any short- term courses or certifications that could improve my job prospects in Canada.
