Improving CRS Score and other question

Hi,
I submitted my EE profile and one of the documents I got are ways to improve my CRS score. I have a few questions regarding these if anyone has the answers.

• promote yourself to employers in Canada and seek a valid job offer,
I'm currently working full time, permanently in a NOC A position, in Canada, does this mean I have to find a new job or do I have to get my employer to make a job offer of the job I am already in? There didn't seem to be an entry/option in the profile that reflects my current situation. The closest was the entry in work experience where I put in my current job and location was Canada. Do I actually lose points for already having a job?

• contact provinces and territories to be considered for the Provincial Nominee Program,
I'll have to look this up some more but does having a nomination in any province help me in general and do I have to work in the province where I might be nominated?

• improve your language score,
I have a CELPIP G score already, will multiple language test help?

>police certificate
Do I have to travel to my home country and get this when I am already in Canada? I have already submitted such a document when I applied for my study permit(I'm currently working using my PGWP) and have only gone home once for less than 4 months.

Thanks!

----- NO, if you have a job offer then it's all good. I understand that you are talking about the letter you received after entering the pool and the mention of the job bank. That is for people who are looking for jobs in Canada.
You don't loose anything for having a job in Canada. You get points for Canadian experience if your job experience is 1 year or more.

----- Again, the letter mentions what all you can do while waiting in the pool. If your score is high 460+ then wait for the ITA. If not, then you need to look for PNP.

• improve your language score,

---- You can only appear for 1 english language test which you have. I hope your score is at par with NOC A (CLB 7). If you are fluent in French, you can appear for TEF.

----- You need to get PCC from your country's embassy in Canada. Your study permit PCC won't be valid anymore.

Thanks!

I don't have 1y of full time permanent yet. January next year I hopefully will have.

My CELPIP is 7/8/11/11, if I could, thats a big if because I thought I did well in the first two but got 7 and 8, if I could raise those two to 9/9 and keep the two 11s I could have exactly 480 after my 1y work experience. I just signed up for my 2nd CELPIP. Fingers crossed.

My PGWP expires in May, cutting it close...Provincial I think should be my last resort because it has to be outside Ontario (where I currently live) because I've looked and I'm not eligible for any of Ontario's open stream and I'd like to keep working in Ontario.

Thanks for your input if you have any suggestions, like a good Province to settle in :) ...I'll research this myself but maybe there's a particularly one thats in demand, etc...

Anyways thank you.
