Hi,
I am student from Finland. Actually i am foreign student. I just applied for TRV for visitor ( visit my uncle) and sadly got refusal letter from CIC after 5 days

The reasons they gave out are:
- My immigration status.
==> I am Student and I got Finnish residence permit for 2 years already. I provided them both my resident permits. So what is the problem with this? Do I have to provide also certificate that i live in Finland for 2 years from the police station?
- My ties to Canada and to my residence country ( mean Finland?).
==> I provided them letter of invitation from my uncle, letter of support, proof of relationship ( birth certificates). Of course as a student I am not married, I do not own any properties, my parents are not living here too. I am all alone here in Finland. But I still have 2 years to complete my study. What should I do?
- My travel history.
==> I told them I traveled to several Schengen countries by bus ( Belgium, Netherlands, Denmark and Sweden) . As you know, when you travel like that you wont have stamp from border gate. I can only provide them boarding pass from Belgium back to Finland. Nothing else. What should I do?
- My current employment situation.
==> I am student again and I do not work any where.
A lot, right ?
