IMPORTANT: REQUESTING HELP: (PCC) Police Clearance Certificate Query : From US and From Canada

I have created EE profile and waiting for ITA. I applied for my wife as well and selected option as "Spouse accompanying".
My situation is - I am currently staying in Canada and I am a citizen of India. My wife is staying in USA(Tustin, CA) and she is also a citizen of India.
Question 1: I will apply for my India PCC from https://www.blsindia-canada.com/. I came to know that as I am already in Canada, I don't need to go for Canada PCC, only India PCC will be enough. Kindly let me know if I am correct.
Question 2: I need to know from which website my wife(staying in USA) will request for India PCC? (She recently renewed her passport from San Francisco's VFS Global.)
Question 3: For USA PCC, my wife will be doing from https://www.edo.cjis.gov/ website I think. Kindly correct me in case I am wrong.

Question 2: As your wife is in CA, she needs to apply at the Indian Consulate in SFO. Here is the link: https://www.cgisf.gov.in/page/pcc-police-clearance-certificate/

Question 3: Yes, that EDO website is correct. You need to submit application online from that tool and send your fingerprints to the FBI office in Clarksburg, WV by mail. Or you can submit your fingerprints electronically by visiting any of the USPS locations that participate in FBI's IdHSC program.
