Hi all I am a Nigerian and I want to reapply
For study permit
Nigeria processing time is longer than ghana
Can I goto ghana to apply?
Hope they won't be problem
Anyone with an idea shld pls comment

You can only apply through Ghana if you have been admitted there on some sort of visa (e.g. work permit, study permit) that allows you to live there for at least a year.

Are you going to apply for a 3rd time ?? If yes, so what were the reasons for refusal in 2nd time application

reason was---- proposed study not in line with previous qualification

@scylla as a nigerian with ECOWAS passport i dont a visa to go to ghana but i dont know about staying there for one year.
hope it wont be an issue or should i just better apply from nigeria?

You have to apply from Nigeria in that case.
