I could see a VO wondering why you were applying under the PNP program in one province while working in another province, but as long as you have a clear explanation of why you are doing this and ensure the VO that your expectation is to comply with the requirements of the PNP program you should be fine.

I am outside of Canada. I become the chance to work and I become the chance to apply under the PNP. But always the same trade. I do this because we want to Immigrate permanently not only as a Temporary worker. With the Temporary Visa we want to stay until we become PR in this province. I only ask because I don't want to make any misstake.
Thank you for your answer

Then what is important is to say that: my goal is to live in X province, which is why I have applied under the PNP program. However, I currently have an opportunity to work in Y province and my intention is to do so until such time as I am granted PR, when I will then find similar work in X province so that I may land there. You might wish to show that you have looked or are looking for similar positions in the other province. Also, you should review the requirements of the provincial nominee program to make sure that you understand any restrictions you might face under that program.

Good luck with your application.

Please, someone share his/her expert views on my below queries:

1. I changed my last name in 2005, all my qualifications & some work experience are in old name and major work experience in new name.
What documents are required for name change proof?

2. What is the fund required at the time of arrival per member (we are 4 members), does it play any role at the time of filing the application. If yes, what sources of fund can fulfill this criteria?

3. I have done my qualification through correspondence from Delhi University. Does it pose any hindrance in getting the PR?

4. What are the documents requirements as proof of work experience and KRA?

5. Is it worth going to a consultant for filing the application. How beneficial it is?
