Important question regarding expired passport..

I have expired visa from different country on old passport. Will they ask for passport scan copy to check visa details??
Photocopy all visa pages on all your passports and attach as proof of “travel history”
If, I don't share my old passport and visa copy with my application. then, Will visa officer request for old passport or not? Actually, I was overstayed in my previous visit in another country. The overstay was about 2 days due to health issues. I think that my overstay can put bad affect on my application. If, I hide it and apply visa with my fresh passport then will visa officer ask for old passport or not??

It was in Italy, there is no deportation stamp on my passport because they understood my situation. There is only departed date which is after my visa expiry.And there you have it. When people start asking convoluted questions, you know they are trying to hide something

Then no need to worry if you weren't issued a removal order or deported. Showing travel history helps your application positively.
Yes that's exactly I think, My agent was saying me to hide it but I forced him to show it as travel history. I will be able to explain in my SOP. If, I show it in application form but I don't attach my old passport then visa officer will request my old passport or not?
Why do you not want to show your expired passport? In the Client information section, you should include your travel history - this will be scans of old/expired visas as well as the biodata page of the passports they were stamped in. Not sure why this is problem?
Any agent encouraging you to do unscrupulous things does not have your best interest at hear.
Actually, I just want to tell them that I visited Italy. If, I attach my passport then they will think that I overstayed after my visa which was a emergency and not a overstay because i was not deported. I am afraid that visa officer will think negative about it. If, I don't attach my passport then they might not ask my old passport and give decision on my given information. And, It looks more positive to me. I am here to take best advice. If, you give green signal to attach both passport then I will do so.
Decision is yours. I can only advise that you be upfront and honest. If the information is not relevant to your application, then leave it out. If it's material, don't try to hide it. Good luck.
