My Uncle lived in the United States for two years as he was married there. Later he separated from his wife and married again in Jordan, as well as he have a son from his second marriage. Now, should he mention that on application to CSQ and CIC? How to deal with this situation?

What he should disclose to CIC is his current status which is married.
