Important - Please let me know what this means ?

Dear All,

As you all know that I applied under the FSW category and got my visa to travel to Canada under the 0632 Accommodation Services Manager category.

I have been applying to various jobs since, but yesterdy, I got the following reply :

This is a very impressive resumé. Do you have the certificate required to work in the province of Quebec?

I need to reply to the very nice gentleman who sent this email to me, but I do not know anything about the certificate in question.

Can you esteemed members please help me out??

I am not sure..may be he is asking whether you have valid papers to work in Quebec. Or may be he is asking an equivalent eduucation / experience certificate which will be easily identifiable in Canada.

Seniors pls advice.

Quebec has its own immigration laws and only permit people to work in Quebec who have got CSQ. even a FSW cant work in Quebec without CSQ (that's what i learn through this forum).

i think that the employer is asking about this. its better that you clarify from him that which certificate is he talking about?

He IS ASKING for work permit to work in quebec.

You can explain your situation that you have been granted PR and you are landing in April, so you will be able to meet them in person. Once you have landed here you can always go and meet them personally. I know people here in Canada who landed as PR in Toronto and moved to Montreal within month for job purpose.
