Transcript is the document in which you have marks and/or grade for all module /subjects you also have to submit notorized copy of all certificates ...

it is recomanded that you should submit it in a seal envolope by uni but i have seen two or two cases where original transcript has been accpeted with out sealed env.

A very clear defination of
Notorized copy: the copy which u get from an authorised notery at your place and who charge around 5 or depends on your city to notorise a copy. yes for sure you will need red seal. blue seals are not valid. they will also stamp their name and designation. In short you will have two stamps one is round seal which will have government of Gujarat or Government of Maharastra or such kind of writing in round seal. and second seal will have his name and designation with also again government of abc at the end with full adress of his office.

True Copy: very simply blue ink stamp of any officer just like school principal,bank manager, medical officer, engineer or any other such class two or class one office. in canada visa system. they never acept this kind of proof.

thx 4 ur information actually i am concerned abt couple of things.

one is about 1122 catagory says two types of experiences management and advertising..i have advertising one can i qualify ...

also..i have police clearances from australia and ireland as soon as i left the countries will they be ok to send to CIO as they are three months old.. but i never been to those countries..after getting the police clearnces.

It’s a bit confusing and that forced me to hand deliver my documents to VO and to my surprise they retained both the notarized copies and the originals 8)

Not a problem. Send them when they ask for it. (PCC has validity)
