Hi there! I have one concern...

Photo specs say clearly that the face needs to be 25mm-30mm from chin to crown. The photographer printed photos for me and my family with 31mm !!! Is it acceptable, or needs to be done again??

And.. one more question, my company's template for letters of confirmation do not include job responsibilities; but I attached it separately. Is it OK? Also no business card available at the moment; but full address with phone/fax numbers is there available in the letter. Is that OK?

Hi,

Please open the following link and take the copy of the last page. Show it to the photographer and ask him to click the picture as per the specification.

It is adviced that you take copy of all sheets on above link and read them carefully than fill your form.

This can be done by a good photo studio/ photographer.

My application was received at CIC office on 1st June n DD was en-cashed on 16th June.
But till now there is no response for PER.
Plz can anyone tell how much time they will take to respond?

I send my application through FedEx on the 18th may 2011 and it was received at the Canada office on the 26th. I have still not received any PER email and its been almost 45 days now. I applied for the NOC 3112 and i am from Pakistan. Kindly let me know that how long does it take to get the PER email?

I DINT GET ANY LETTER FROM THEM TILL NOW AND I SENT THEM TO RESEND IT AGAIN TO ME BUT TILL NOW NOTHI NG COMES

You will have to Wait till after 55days or more.

Still May applicants are being processed. It is taking 50-55 days (From the day your application was received at CIO) to get PER. See spreadsheet in my sig.

1. While filling the additional family information forms, suppose Mrs. A is the the principal applicant and her spouse is Mr. B, NOW IN ONE FORM WHERE THERE IS WRITTEN APPLICANT SHE WILL WRITE HER NAME AND FOR SPOUSE COLUMN HER HUSBAND,S NAME. But when the spouse will fill his additional family information form where he should write his name : under applicant column or spouse column?

2.WHILE ARRANGING ALL FORMS AND DOCUMENTS. I FIND THAT IN CIO CHECKLIST THEY DEMAND ALL FORMS LIKE MAIN APP FORM, BACKGROUND INF. FORM etc. But while seeing the Delhi VO checklist they also mention these documents plus all other documents like civil docs and so on. Now SHOULD ONE SEND TWO COPIES OF ALL FORMS; ONE FOR cio AND ANOTHER FOR vo OR ONE SET OF FORMS WILL SUFFICE? :

<Only one set of form will go & that to be with the CIC checklists. Once CIC find your positive eligibility, they will attach all the required forms from CIC to VO checklist & forward it to the Visa Office>
