Hey Anil

I do agree with manee. You are just great! You , Indira, Dr.Hasib and Qorax(as far as I can recollect and of course sorry to those friends I can't recall right now) are doing admirably great job here. May god bless you, and give you his hand of blessing and support the same way you generously give help to others.

Millions of thanx to all of you! :-*

hi anil

1. M.Sc degree certificate-spouse (instead of degree certificate can i provide notarized provisional certificate).
2. Previous employer reference letter - principal applicant (its almost 6 years before and i worked there for 6 months. Now all are new staffs there and no one knows me and even they refused to give experience letter for 6 months)

awaiting your reply......

Hey Ajay,

I don't think you can use funds in your daughter's name(although she might be a minor and accompanying you). I suggest you to email ND Visa office and check if you can use the same as POF. They do reply to such emails :)

About your father's name, it shouldn't be a problem, as long as you have proofs to show both are the same.

Thanks,

Indira Prabhakaran.

Hi maneee26
(1) You have to provide the degree. In the sense - MSc degree photocopy (notarized/attested) OR Original transcript in Univ. Sealed Cover (which contains marks sheet & degree). Because of some reason... if you are not able to get the same .... then - Don't show his PG .... instead go with full documents on Graduation. Moreover, you will get max. 4 /5 points for spouse qualification (BSc / MSc). It is always better to provide the actual (required) documents, rather than providing the equivalent documents or references. It gives more space for confusions (& unnecessary queries)
(2) Not necessarily. Just attach an explanation letter to this .... with a polite remark that old staff has been replaced and there is no record of my job (as you were on ad-hoc / temp. basis for 6 months!!!). Also your job requirement / experience is sufficient for the max. points...... All the Best

Cheers, Anil

The first confirmation would be from your courier:) Next is your payment - encashed or not. The next real confirmation would be the AOR, but that's definitely months away ;)

Please update your details in the below thread which is specifically for Post June 26 applicants.

Dear Shahla
Welcome to this forum. YOU are the solution to your problem!!!! You are scoring 63 points (if you are saying 4 less!!), you have to score those many in other sections. The best factor (where one has full control) is IELTS. ....I didn't understand the score of 7..... if it's 7 bands.. that means you are scoring 16 points - which is max.in IELTS!!! And with bachelor degree and good experience ... one can score 67 points easily!!! Shahla, you have to provide few more details. Thank you & All the Best.

Cheers, Anil

Thanks Anil,
No the score of IELTS IS 5.5, and as you are saying we have to score points in other sections, there is no other sections which i can get scores in that.. is that mean i wont be ablel to countine with my application. :(
