Dear All Seniors,

Please advise for spouse sponsorship what we have to do with the forms which are not belonging to us. whether we have to add with our application as blank our ignore non related forms and just add which is belonging to our file.

non related forms for our application

1) IMM5409 (Statutory Declaration not applicable as we are married)
2) IMM0008DEP (we don't have any dependent member)
3) IMM5476 (we don't have any representative)
