Why does he have to leave the country, if he is on implied status and received his nomination that can be used to obtain BOWP? I think before giving advices, you should be 100% sure that you are right, rather than sending a person home! geez

Hey guys I know this is a year late for a next post, but I have similar situation as sandy, I got a refund of the open work permit holder fee so does that mean that my permit is rejected or i got a closed work permit like sandy?
