A lady from Toronto advising me to apply under CEC category sooner as CRS score is not important for CEC she said. well, I couldn't find any logic nor any positive hope to apply as I find my CRS score is below 400. Whoever, Could you guys comment me about my possibility as per my profile below?
A 32 years old male, single, currently residing in backhome. Having about 2 years (2600+hrs) of Canadian job experience under skill type B. ECA: 4 years university degree. Language Proficiency (GT module): L-7.5, S-7, R-6.5. W-6.
