Hello all,
I'm a bit concerned about my situation. I filed for PR in may and received my AOR already almost a month ago.
My work experience in Canada was: 10 months as an administrative assistant (with my PGWP) and 3 months as an interpreter (with implied status as I applied for a new wp before my PGWP expired).
When I was working as an interpreter had to quit in the last month and came back to my country as my mom's health was getting worse and worse. In fact, she had a surgery due to an emergency. So, my question is this: Is it ok if I sent an explanatory letter stating my reasons why I had to leave Canada during that period of implied status? I was waiting for the wp to come but I couldn't wait it too long. And I really want this work experience to count towards the required 12 months.
Thanks in advance.
