Implied Status - Leaving Canada BEFORE deadline

Hey guys, I was on Implied status until March 21st. And then I received the verdict of REFUSAL on my visa extension. This gives me 90 calendars to leave the country. March 21st + 90 calendars = June 19, 2016. I'm planning to leave on June 15th. Is that OK?

Also, how would immigration officers at the airport be able to confirm that I'm leaving the country BEFORE the deadline? The Implied Status application & decision both happened online. No stamp or inscription in my hard-copy passport. I don't want the visa officers to look at my initial 6-months visitor visa stamp in my passport, and think that I've breached rules. So the question again is: what is the procedure when you leave the country before the 90-day deadline after the refusal of a visitor visa extension? will they receive the information via data linked to my passport number on their computer? or would I not go through immigration upon my exit from Canada?

Please advise! Thank you. ;)

You don't actually have 90 days to leave Canada - you have 90 days to apply for restoration. If you are refused and will not be applying to restore your status - you should leave Canada within 30 days of the refusal. Staying longer than 30 days will complicate future visa approvals and potentially create problems at the border for future entries into Canada since you'll be viewed as having abused your past visitor visa privileges.

So the short answer is that June is far too long. You should be gone well before the end of April if you have plans to try to return to Canada in the future.
