Implied Status Job Offer Validity

I would appreciate it if someone can answer my questions as we are having a hard time now.
here's the situation for me and my wife as follows:
- I am currently working in a organization with valid job offer but my work permit is expired and currently on implied status. Can i claim a job offer points in express entry?

You should be able to to but we need more information.

Are you on an ICT? Or an LMIA supported closed work permit? Or something else?

Assuming you have applied for an extension either based on an approved LMIA or based on being LMIA exempt?

I have applied based on LIMA excempt work permit.

I am currently holding a closed work permit which is exempt from LIMA. Also the new workpermit which i have applied is closed and LIMA except.

In that case you should be fine as long as you have a letter from your employer stating they will continue to employ you for at least one year after you become a PR. If you have that, you are good to go.
