Hi All,

Have a small query regarding physical presence calculation for Implied Status. On June, 2019 I applied for my PGWP and started working right after. Received PGWP in September. What do I mark the days between June to September as for physical presence calculation?

Summary:
Study Permit - 2014 - October 2019
Applied PGWP - June 2019
Start working - July 2019
PGWP Validity - September 2019 to September 2022

Btw, even without including the "implied status" days, I get my full 365 days - but was curious whether
1. I even include it or not
2. If I include it, what category should it go under (I can also explain in the Letter of Explanation)

When did you get your PR?
It's better not to leave out any information. Although you might think it is not required or relevant they might consider it differently.
Better to include all information in the past 5 years. And explain things in a letter that you think needs explanation.

I got my pr in March 2021. I have no problem in writing it down but what category do I choose? There is no option for implied status

Could you get a definitive answer on this? I am in the same situation, I have seen so many questions asked about this but couldn't find a definitive answer on it yet! I would really appreciate your help!
