hi friends here,

i have recently graduated and just submitted the PGWP application on 3rd/Sep.

My study permit is still valid tilll Dec/2021, so still have one more year to go. As i know that i can just start to work as full time during the waiting time of the PGWP, as long as my study permit didn't get expired.

But may i know for how long can I work as a 'implied status' ? Did it mean that i can continue working as long as my study permit is valid or is there any duration limit for this?

in the official web, they didn't explain this, they only said that you can work

As long as a decision is not made.

However, it varies from company to company. My company allows at most 6 months for implied status.

You can work under implied status until a decision is made on your PGWP application.
there is no max time limit that allowed me to work as implied status from the government?

i mean, i saw the processing time seems would take for over 6 months, according to the online processing time.

luckily my company didn't have any regulation on it, they support me to work and give much patience.
