Hi Fellow Members
I have applied for PR under express entry along with my spouse under FSW Class. I was the principal applicant. I and my spouse both got CORP and VISA approved. I being residing in Canada did flagpole and have done the landing. My question is :-
Q. If my spouse decides not to come to Canada before the validity of her PR Visa:-
a. What will be the consequences on my landing, provided i have already landed and got my new sin and health card number issued. Although still waiting to receive PR Card (I assume i will receive PR Card before the expiry of my spouse's PR Visa?
b. Do I have to inform CIC if she will not land? if she will not come, what will be the ideal time to inform CIC?
c. In our culture, husband has to go backhome and pickup the spouse. If I will not be able to get PR by the time her PR Visa validity expires, her family will not send her alone to Canada, in that case when do I have to inform CIC about she is not coming.
d. My spouse will be ban from Canada if she will not come? if yes for how long?
e. If she will not land, her PR will get void? if yes then later Can I file her PR by any other process later.
f. We have no discussion of separation yet, but incase in future, would it impact my PR. Please note, my EE points were reduced due to her and i did not get any benefit from her so i believe not? Is this right?
Your valuable responses will be highly appreciated.
Thank you fellow members !!!!
