Impact of pandemic on CRS score

I know CIC has been conducting only CEC draws lately and it makes sense. But once things go back to normal lets say in next couple of months, how do you think the pandemic will affect the CRS score for express entry? Do you think CRS willgo up or down from the current ones (~470).

Initially it will be high. This is because there will be a number of high scoring FSWs in the pool by the time FSW draws open up. Plus, ECA is already going on. Once IELTS open up as well, there will be an influx of high scoring FSWs. I think the longer the draws stay suspended, the longer the score will stay up for FSW. If possible, FSW candidates should use this time to see if they can increase their score.
