it means they are approved for 2018-2019 batch. Count find a similiar letter for earlier batches.

AICTE has recognized IMT CDL to offer post-graduate management programs on 24th May 2018 for the academic year 2018-2019 Corrigendum, through open and distance learning mode.
Names of the programs approved by AICTE:
- Two Year Post-Graduate Diploma in Management
- Fifteen Months Post-Graduate Diploma in Management (Executive)
- One Year Post-Graduate Certificate in Management

not sure of ICES, but people have received +ve assesment from IQAS in the past for specific years. A lot needs to be researched here.
yes, 2015-2017. His was two years program. not sure if this makes a difference. Even I am into 2yr program.
Not sure since anyone who is enrolled into the prog mentioned above should get it approved if one persons is getting approved.

Could you please provide an estimate as to how much time it takes to get one’s Degree and Transcript post Graduation (assuming one has graduated in Dec’18).
