hi all ,

My friend , plans to migrate from India . She is married , no kids . She has Bachelors in commerce and 6 yrs experience in sales and marketing . She consulted agency for guidance .

I am confused with the following for her :
1 Agency informed her the NOC - technical sales
2. Federal skill worker points -69

So , is NOC appropriate? Secondly, I am not convinced with the 69 points. As per my knowledge, that 69 points system doesnot exist . Is there such point grading under express entry ?

Pls do help and provide guidance .

Pls do suggest the safe and convenient way to immigrate.

Thanks

There are two point systems
1. FSW Points, given out of 100, this is before you enter Express Entry Pool. You need a minimum 67 to become eligible for EE pool.
2. CRS [Comprehensive Ranking System]. Once you are in the pool, this point system applies.

69 given by the agent to her is the FSW point, which is for determining eligibility.

The most convenient way to migrate is the Express Entry system, https://www.canadavisa.com/canada-i...d/threads/express-entry-in-a-nutshell.394158/

However, considering her profile, if she is able to get CLB 9+ in IELTS/CELPIP, she won't be able to get more than 441 points in CRS. Current trends require above 450 to get an ITA in this year.

Sorry for posting it here, I just need answer if anybody have knowledge about this

I had applied Spouse Open Work Permit for my wife and she had given upfront medical and its been passed. Also she got biometrics request next day she applied and that is also passed. Is it a POSITIVE SIGN for her application.

No, this happens to everyone.

Thanks for the feedback.

Can you also let me know the ways to increase the points?
