A master's degree is not a compulsory requirement. But it definitely helps to get a higher crs score. You can look for distance one year pg diploma courses from a recognised university to increase your score.
As per current trends you will need a score above 440 to get a sure shot ITA. This is achievable even without master's ( assuming you are under 30 and have 3 + yrs of work experience.). So try to increase your crs score by maxing out your ielts first.

Did you calculate your current CRS score? Masters is not mandatory, there are many who immigrated without Masters. But it all boils down to your CRS score. Good luck.
