how does me and my daughter get to live in canada with my husband?

does your daughter have canadian citizenship? is the father a canadian citizen or permanent resident?

if the father is a canadian citizen, then it's possible for him to pass along citizenship to your daughter, and you will only need to apply for a certificate of citizenship for her. is he a citizen by birth, naturalization or through parents?

if the father is a PR or is not eligible to pass along citizenship to your daughter, then he will need to apply to sponsor her as a permanent resident through family class sponsorship outside of canada before she can legally move and live in canada.
