hello for every one,

I have completed my profile for EE,
Unfortunately, I got 351 regarding their calculation.
my wife and I have master degree, more than 8 years experience of work, IELTS 6.5,
but without any experience of wok in Canada.. !
is there any method to increase markedly my score ??!
it makes my completely frustrated, I fell powerless without any Canadian experience !

thank a lot.

Permanent job offer with LMIA will get you 600 points.

Retake IELTS and score at least 8 in Listening and 7 in R/W/S. That is likely to push your score beyond 400.

First think you can do is improve your IELTS score. Remember the age factor is also something they take into consideration when assigning points towards your CRS score.
Not having Canadian Experience wont affect it for your class (Federal Skilled Worker)

Hey there,

You should definitely retake IELTS and target a CLB 8 or 9 to get a great push for your points.

Search for CLB level Canada on Google, the first result should show you the equivalency of your IELTS results to CLB.

Kind Regards,
Hani

Improve your IELTS score to CLB 9 in all sections. That will boost your CRS score to 450+.
Also, I assume you have your foreign degrees evaluated to be equivalent to Canadian Masters.

it is very difficult nowadays in my life to expand my IELTS result..
if there are other available ways it will be doable..

LMIA or Labor Market Impact Assessment would involve a prospective Canadian employer trying to convince a Canadian federal agency that there are no Canadian citizens or Permanent Residents available and/or willing to do a particular job at median wage. Hence they are forced to bring in a foreign professional (YOU) to do that job. If the federal agency buys this argument, you will get additional 600 points and a guaranteed ITA which may lead to PR depending on medicals, background checks etc.

Read more about LMIA here ---> http://www.esdc.gc.ca/eng/jobs/foreign_workers/higher_skilled/permanent/index.shtml

And I say this with all good intents - If repeating IELTS is difficult for you, getting an LMIA would be impossible.

All the best!

If you are not actually working in Canada, LMIA is going to be very difficult.

With under 400 points getting a provincial nomination is also going to be very difficult.

I have received an ITA in the 13th draw. How does one get a job offer before landing in Canada. Can this realistically happen in your view?

Very difficult unless you have some micro-specialization in a domain that has a supply-demand mismatch in the Canadian labor market.
