Hello Everyone !

During the last year there was a lot of changes in the immigration program and now I'm trying to catch up with everything. I will start with basic information about myself. If someone could guide me with the right direction (program).

I'm in Canada from 12.11.2014 - WP + LMIA + CAQ (contract, employer want to extended the contract). My WP is valid till 17.02.2017 (the same CAQ). I'm working as a Manager (VP of Business Development - NOC 0611). 4 months ago my wife and 2 daughter joined me here in MTL. I'm 32 years old.
I don't speak FR (planing to start in January, I need to update my visa). EN - no IELTS or CELPIP but I'm ready to pass it right away.

Together with my wife we decdied that we would like to stay and live here in Canada.
What will be the best way to achieve that? Please point me in the right direction.

Thanks!

You can apply the Quebec PNP, because you have Job Offer so you can send you application anytime.

Hi,

This will give you options and determine if you are eligible for different types of immigration options. You should start here.... http://www.cic.gc.ca/ctc-vac/ee-start.asp

This is Specifically for people who want to settle down and get visa on basis of Quebec region http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/quebec/apply-who.asp

I believe since you have LMIA job offer, you'd be processed quickly.

By the way, I'm also NOC 0601(new)/0611(Old), how is the job market? what is average remuneration for more than 10 years of senior manager experience. Any insights? also, is it difficult to live in quebec without knowing French at all?

Cheers!!

Thank you for the answers!

Just to make it clear. At this moment I got my LMIA and I'm working.
To move forward I need to submit papers for Quebec PNP program (MrLoneli, thanks).

After that I'm applying for the Permanent Residence with Express Entry or Quebec PNP is the only paperwork I have to submit?
This is the part where I'm unclear...

Where I'm also confused is this:

1. Quebec PNP
2. Applying for a Certificat de sélection du Québec (CSQ – Québec selection certificate)

Can somebody explain me the difference between this 2 programs?

@Sagar1279 - hard to answer your question. There's a lot of work in Montreal (based on the advertisements) and from time to time I hear about different opportunities. The salary range will be between 60k-100k depending what value you bringing to the company and how innovative you are. You can add commission on top of that.

Thanks,
Tom
