Hi.

I just recently completed my masters in a university in Canada. I have applied for post graduate work permit and I'm hoping to get it soon. If I move to ontario, will I be able to use their provincial nominee program for international students if I get a job offer there? in their website, they say that I should get a job offer and then apply for work permit and then residency. I have my work permit already. Would just having a job be enough to apply?

Also, how long would it take if I apply by their program to get my residency?

Thanks.

The bold 2 lines you said are conflicting. Do you have your WORK PERMIT?

Apart from this, if you are/were a Masters student, you don't need to show any job offer. Same thing goes with a PhD. Only an undergrad student has to have a permanent job offer in order to apply under PNP-ON. Go to the website for Opportunities Ontario, you will find necessary info. You can always call or email them. There is a Facebook page as well where your questions are answered very promtly (not rapidly though).

I am not entirely sure about the obligations if you move out of your province and come to Ontario. So, it's better you ask them directly.
