Can graduates from India apply for Canada express entry system?
Yes! As long as you get 67 points on the FSW criteria, you can apply from India for EE. You will need to sit for IELTS and get your education translated with an ECA before you apply. Best of luck!

Anyone can submit a profile into the Express Entry Pool as long as they have 67 FSW points. Only those with points above an ever-changing threshold will be invited to apply for permanent residence.

After IELTS and ECA, do I need any assistance from the immigration consultant that are present in India?

Nope. Just follow guidelines provided on cic website, and if you need help ask here. No need for a consultant.

None of us can tell you if she will get a job in her domain. She might or she might not.

It sounds like she qualifies to submit a profile for consideration under Express Entry once she completes IELTS and has her education assessed - but we can't tell you if she has enough points to actually be selected. You or she will have to do this research on your own - or alternatively hire an immigration consultant or lawyer to assist you. If you wish to do this research on your own, you can find detailed information here: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/index.asp

Ok thanks. I have got a mail from attorney David Cohen of Canadavisa.com asking us to take their immigration service...though it is chargeable.. Should we go for it?????
