Hey,

I would like to ask how to start up to apply immigration to canada

i live in iraq, as i have heard that Canada Gov. have announced that it accepts refuges from iraq regarding to the circumstances

any one can help about this matter, how to start and what to do?

Thanks,

Information about Canada's immigration programs is available here:

http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/apply.asp

You can find out more about Canada's refugee programs here:

http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/refugees/outside/index.asp

To be considered as a refugee by Canada, you must first be recognized as a refugee by UNHCR or another referral organization. So this is your first step if you want to come to Canada as a refugee - being recognized as a refugee by UNHCR or another referral organization.

then how would apply online to move to canada?

You can't apply online. You have to submit a paper application.

Take a look at the first link I provided. It contains details information about Canada's immigration programs. You will have to research them to find out if you qualify to apply.

Ok,

what if none of the mentioned options match the reason i want to live at canada

what if the reason is religious, racisim or war circumstances??

any other solutions?

Then you would need to apply as a refugee which means that you would first have to be recognized as a refugee by UNHCR or another referral organization.

Alright,

One more question, if that doesn`t bother you,

A family consists of 7 person, what`s the best option to apply in such case

If you don't qualify under any of the immigration categories, and don't qualify as a refugee, then unfortunately there is no other option for you and your family to immigrate to Canada.

Perhaps you would have a chance if you found an employer in Canada willing to hire you and go through LMIA process, but you would need to have certain skills/education to do this.

I work for the world`s largest logistics company (DHL Express)

I`m a logistics expert, and DG specialist

i have certificates that prove it

It might or it might not. Again, the first step is to read through Canada's immigration programs in detail (http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/apply.asp) to determine if you meet the criteria to apply. If you don't feel comfortable or don't have the time to do this research yourself, then you should hire an immigration consultant or lawyer to assist you.

You should also be aware that all of your family members may not be able to migrate to Canada with you. For immigration purposes, you can include your spouse or common law partner, and any children under 19 years of age. You cannot include your parents or grandparents, or any children 19 years or older.
