*edit* Actually, now that I am really looking at it, I really think it could use some improvements. If I might make some suggestions.. there are no indications of standardization e.g. what format to write the dates, what are the options to use for "category" - everyone who has filled it out so far has written something different.
Secondly, I am a little bit confused about how the fields are organized. It has "Processing Started" listed before "Sponsorship Approved" so would this be the date it started processing for sponsorship? We don't really know that exact date.. And then.. is "File Transferred" supposed to be the date it started processing in the visa office as opposed to Mississauga?

I think this could be a very useful tool but I find it a little confusing with the way it is set up right now.

I haven't given edit option to the sheet for security purpose. What do you want me to do

1. To give edit option to all

2. To give edit option only to user who added his/her data ( by giving invitation to edit the sheet)


Formatting will be done. Processing started is when the sponsor filed for the applicant. In case of PR Applicant, File transferred means when the processing is started..

Great effort and idea ipskang! But a spreadsheet like this already exists at: http://www.trackitt.com/canada-immigration-trackers/family-class as mentioned by PMM. My info is already there under same nick "xyrus". You can even use filters to filter down to family class>"your visa office">"family program">"status"; it is very comprehensive and extremely useful! You can leave comments/ask questions on a specific case and there is a discussion forum too!
 
i dont like the trakitt one, there arent many people signed up for it, and there is no one at the guatemala office. i hope we can get an extensive list on this forum

There are actually 8 at Trackitt for spousal at Guatemala
