Once your application is evaluated by CIC, and meet the positive eligibility , your credit card/DD will be charged and later your will receive letter via email from CIC regarding positive eligibility review. 2-3 weeks, Later file is transferred to your visa office, who will assess your application, send for background checks and security clearance. (this procedure is key and takes time- it varies on many factors), If all is ok, applicant is received Medical request (MR) and sometimes RPRF payments (Rights of permanent residence fee), Once medical is cleared and payment is done, next level is Passport request (PPR1/PPR2) Depends on your residence and your visa office.
Good Luck.

Dear Mabmas,
Thanks for valuable information.
God bless u.

I want to ask one more important thing, however i have posted this query many a times on forum but still i m unclear.
I have sent my application on 8th October 2014, at that time my wife was pregnant and just in last stage of delivery. i thought if i wait for baby birth it will take 10 more days and after it the document for new baby (passport, birth certificate) it will take 30 days/1 month and might be the cap will reach for my occupation.

My application reached at nova scotia at 14th October 2014, my wife is principal application of application. my baby born on 20th October 2014 and i have applied for birth certificate after that passport and hopefully both documents will be ready by 23rd of november 2014.

Now, what to do next, how to include this baby in my application.????? i am very confused right now.
Please guide...

Wait for your PER to be sure that your app is accepted. If everything works out fine for you, after getting AOR you'll infrom your local VO of a new family member. Overwise there's no point in going through an extra hassle.

First of All what is AOR??
AFTER RECEIVING PER? what should i need to do? either have to filled forms??? or what please guide me

hello Zahid,

AOR is , Acknowledgment of receipt.

AOR is issued when , one's file reached local VO and AOR is optional

Dear All,
I am still waiting for my answer in detail????

Which means you don't know yet if you application is considered acceptable and will be transferred to a local Visa office for further procession.
If any material change of circumstances happens (as a new baby, for example), an applicant must infrom his/hers Visa Office. Therefore, there's absolutely no need for you to get in touch with CIO and give them an update.

Does that make sence now?

PS: You may be willing to use search on this forum, as similar matter was already discussed several times.

please guys need help on this:

I hold diploma and B.Tech in engineering. I am also done with my WES evaluation which says Canadian equivalency is Bachelors degree (4 years).

Additionally they have also evaluated my Diploma in engineering which is of 4 years. And in Evaluation result of Diploma....they have mentioned as "Secondary school diploma and Diploma(2 years)".

According to Educational point claiming information provided on CIC website, it states that you can claim 22 points if having two or more post secondary degrees or diploma.

Should consider myself getting 22 points for education? ???

Dear Arika,
It means i have keep quite till 4 months as PER taking 4 months time, after PER i have to go at Visa Office from where i have applied and inform to them , i hope i am making my self clear.

Also, I have to fill any form to give at Visa Office at that time???
