Hi,

I am one of those who applied before February 2008. My application was transferred to the Canadian visa office in Warsaw, Poland on March 27,2010. They continuously asked for updated documents for me and my family and for my medical exam on December 21 2012. On Mar 11,2013 the Warsaw Office asked for copies of our full passports and on May 1, 2013 they requested payments for The Right of Landing (Perminant Residence Fee). They gave us 30 days to submit the payment, which we submitted on time. Finally and sadly, on May 24,2013 the Ottawa Immigration Office sent us a letter saying we were terminated By Law by being efftected with the Legislation of the FSW program before February 28, 2008.

I am noticing a misunderstanding between the two visa offices. Who is the one to make the final decision? Warsaw office, who has been processing my application or the Ottawa office?

It might be an automatic letter sent out by Ottawa office those who applied before February 2008. I reckoned you're still in the loop. How about if you send an enquiry with your current visa office just to clear the doubts.

But be positive this time, just to get the good vibe.
