Hello, recently I responded to a thread where someone posted several months ago that prospective immigrants who are US citizens need to write their name and DOB on one of the four immigration photos included with their app for PR.
I'm not sure if this person is still active here or if this information is up to date, because I cannot find anything anywhere that says to write anything at all on the back of any of my immigration photos (again, US citizen, my Canadian wife is sponsoring me as her spouse/family class). Of course it's possible that I missed something somewhere while processing all the instructions/info! ??? I am mainly referring to the document checklists for both Sponsor and Sponsored Person as well as Appendix B (Photo Specifications) the US specific instructions.
So my question is, as a US citizen being sponsored family class/spouse by my Canadian wife, do I have to write my name/DOB or anything at all on the back of any of my 4 immigration photos? (they were stamped at the photographer with the date taken but that's it)
If anyone could provide the answer to this and back it up with an official CIC link it would be appreciated - I hope to send my application off tomorrow but I'm stuck on this immigration photo thing... :-X
