we seem to be having a difficult time getting the correct photo size. the passport photo agency only takes 2x2 inch photos. is it possable to have the photo taken and have it cut to the required size needed? thanks for your help

The application form you have should have a box that shows the example size the photo should fit INTO. Take that and tell them it has to fit in the box. With digital these days there's no reason why they can't scale it correctly, except maybe operator error.

Yeah, it may be cut but I think your head has to be a certain size in the photo. Take the photo instructions with your to the photographer. I had a PR card picture refused because my head was .5mm too big in the photo.

I had my photos done at wal-mart. no complaints so far.

I had to do my pictures over, because the background was not the correct white color..
Mine were a slightly dark shade of gray..

So if anything is not correct, they will ask you for new pics.
