I was aware of this list. I initially mistook infrastructure engineer as civil engineer, but it got clarified later that it was not.

anyways do you have any knowledge about the chances for civil engineers to get any nomination in PNP?
Look at SINP and determine your score as they haver their own grid system. You want a score of about 70. Also you will need to be licensed as an EIT through the provincial engineering association (APEGS) to even get the nomination. Alberta may be a possibility. Focus has been on inland applicants but starting to look outland. Look at their requirements.
 
Apply directly to newfoundland province. Civil engineers are in huge demand there. You only need 1 year of work experience and ielts score of minimum CLB 7. Hope that helps
