Applications are centralized: they all go to Sydney. After that, you can select either Ottawa or your native country's office if there is one there. I chose Paris. I'm also applying from Calgary

I think CIO-SYdney is the office where we have to mail tha application.

But for the purpose of filling generic IMM0008 form question 4 ?

It will be a different office.

I am not sure about this.
