Immigration Office Requested?

Hi, I have done my masters degree in chemical engineering from edmonton and now working as process specialist in edmonton. I am going to apply for permanent residency of canada through AINP program in the post-graduate worker category. I have a doubt in IMM0008ENU form. There is a question in that form: " Immigration office requested for processing this application". I am currently living in edmonton, AB, canada and have citizenship of India. I will really appreciate if someone here can answer this question for me. Thank you so much.

it says:
Indicate the name of the Immigration Office which serves:
your country of nationality, or
the country in which you are residing, provided that you have been lawfully admitted to that country for at least one (1) year.
Note: Do not select the Centralized Intake Office (CIO) as the immigration office requested to process your application. Although you may be required to submit your application to the CIO, you must indicate the name of an appropriate visa office using the criteria above.
Note:If you are applying for refugee protection from within Canada or being sponsored from within Canada, this question does not apply to you. Go to Question 5.

So, because you are within Canada, you don't need to answer this question (this question doesn't have a star, so it is not mandatory).

If you are in Canada it should be CPC-Ottawa

Thanks for your reply. I am in edmonton and applying under Alberta Immigration Nominee Program. But CPC-Ottawa is not in Alberta, so I am confused what to fill in. Please reply, thanks.
