Immigration Office - Put CIC Miss instead of Colombo

After submitting my application - I realized I indicated CIC Mississauga as the immigration office instead of Colombo.

Will they fix this themselves based on my wife's mailing address? or will this probably cause a delay?

CIC will ultimately decide where it will go, even if you put something different yourself.
