Hi,

I am planning to apply for Permanent Residence in the Canadian Experience Class in October. I have a question though. I am Currently residing in India, also my Country of Origin. I have a One Year Work Experience in Canada though. For the form IMM 0008 Question 4 asks for Immigration Office requested for the processing of your application. Ideally I should put this as New Delhi - India. But there is a section on the page for Guidelines for Application for permanent residence — Canadian Experience Class (IMM 5609) which is titled as Specific instructions for Canadian Experience Class. This section mentions the following:
Question 4: indicate "Case Processing Centre – Ottawa" as the immigration office requested for the processing of your application.

I am in a fix as to what should be the Immigration Office for my application. Kindly request someone to clarify the above discrepancy or share with me their experience.

Yes just put in CPC-Ottawa. No matter where you apply from or/and what you put there, they will change it to CPC-Ottawa when processing.

Best of luck,

Hi Everyone,

I am at this same question. If you see the note right before Question 5, it says:

Note: If you are applying from within Canada or being sponsored from within Canada, this question does not apply to you. Go to Question 5.

Since I'm applying from within Canada, shall I just leave it blank?

Thanks for help!

I can't seem to find that question anywhere. But yeah, leave it blank.
