Hi,

I underwent upfront medicals for Canada Immigration few days back. The clinic provided me an UMI number which I sent to CIC, requesting them to link the UMI number to my profile.

Today I received MEDICAL REPORT CLIENT BIODATA AND SUMMARY(IMM1017). What should I do ?
