I completed my medical examination today. I was very nervous, so my blood pressure was high. The doctor assigned an additional creatinine serum blood test for those with elevated blood pressure. Generally, my blood pressure is within the normal range.

The DMP said not to worry, but I am worried nonetheless. Has anyone else had a similar experience?

They are looking for anomalies. This should not be a reason to worry about.

Don't worry

BP is now common one.

Cheer up buddy. Have u heard of White Coat Hypertension before? That's what u had. Usually due to anxiety in the doctor's office. There's absolutely nothing to worry about. So stay calm. ;)

If you don't have serious diseases or health problems you should not worry about BP!

hi gte439u! had our medical exam last aug 19 and my husband's BP shoot up to 180/110. his usual bp is just 110/80. i was worried then but the DMP assured us that there's nothing to worry since they are instructed by the Canadian embassy not to be strict with BP issues. nonetheless, we were advised to submit my husband's blood sample for creatinine test and got normal results. with God's grace, we received our PPR last sept 22. so i guess, you need not worry..... relax.... and of course, pray..... God bless! ;)
